Dear participants of the Workshop,

Thank you for your interest and for registering for the mid/far-IR workshop!

The workshop will be held online via zoom and Slack:

19 to 21 January 2022, 14:00 - ~20:30 CET

Presentations and questions will be recorded on zoom, unless a particular speaker or those asking questions explicitly opposes this. (The recordings will be made available to participants via the webpage, and will require a log-in.)

The zoom link will open at least 30 minutes before each session.

 Please:

• identify yourself with your name (and institution)
• turn off camera and microphone during the talks
• if you want to ask a question: raise hand, and wait to be called upon
• when you ask the question: please turn on camera and microphone

Conference Picture on Friday 21st at 15:00 CET and 19:15 CET

we will ask you to turn on your cameras to take a series of screenshots, from which we will put together a conference picture.

You can put questions in Slack, which will be read by the session chair.

Questions that cannot be answered in real time can be answered by the speaker afterwards in writing.
